Movement class (with Pilates tools) - Tuesdays 6.30-7.30am

African dance- Saturday 8-9am
Get a traditional dance workout to release the juices of stamina and longevity as you learn more about various Nigerian cultures in a fun and exciting manner guaranteed to keep you fit!! CLASSES COST N1,500/class or N5000/month

Free2Dance for Children and Young Adults- Saturdays 5-6pm
This fun and exciting class teaches freedom and expression in dance, to both the young in age and young at heart. It employs the hip-hop and pop genres extensively. CLASSES COST N1,200/class or N4000/month

Our Latin rhythm class introduces the basics of the spicy salsa in a composed, matured and enjoyable manner. CLASSES COST N800/class or N3000/month
