Celebrity
Takes 2 Opportunities
Production -
A production company that will handle planning,
execution and management of celebrity takes 2
for 20 weeks. A detailed brief of the
requirements is available on request for persons
interested. Experience with producing a dance
reality TV show / event is required. There will
be four Auditions (Lagos, Calabar, Port-harcourt
& Abuja)
Protocol, Ushering &
Security -
A company or an individual that can handle the
security, protocol and ushering demand for the
show. Overall objective is to guarantee safety
of people and infrastructure for the entire
period of Shoot. FANs & Celebrities are of
primary concern especially during shoot days.
Crowd control and co-ordination is also very
essential on shoot days and any shoot locations.
Possibilities of provision of vehicles for
movement will be a great addition.
Hotel & Accommodation -
We are looking for a company / individual to
provide a 4 star hotel that can be used for
accommodating FANs for 15 weeks stretch and also
Celebrities and Project Staffs during shoot days
(twice every week for thirteen weeks). Provision
of shoot studio / venue will be a great
addition.
Gifts & Prizes -
We are looking for an organization / person
that can handle all gift items, t - shirts and
other related item for the show. Ideas on gift
items is also required.

Spirit Of David
Administrative & PR Officer
1. Keep Database of All Members
2. Send SMS to all members / branches as
directed by branch coordinator CC or project
heads (We might just need to get a bulk SMS
Platform)
3. SOD's Website Update (primarily text, if
the person is good in graphics, all the
better)
4. Work with head of
finance to keep records and accounts of the
club (branch wide and national, and
international)
5. Keep records of all costumes and SOD's
property. Also ensure due process for
collection and returns
6. Generate proposal & documents as needed
by HQ for different purposes. Template
documents are available as guides.
7. Any other Club secretariat
responsibilities required by CC.
8. Prepare press materials
from adverts, to specials to releases to
profiles.
9. Handle external engagements of a high profile
nature and schedule interviews & appointments.
